Free course that will take you through the expectations and requirements of being a trainer.  Learn tips on how to approach the scheme, what sort of questions to ask in a reflexive environment and how to match this with continual assessment.    If you want to be a trainer, but thought you were not qualified, or you wanted a more structured approach to your training that fits with the scheme – this is the course for you
